Exchange Policy
At KC Bless, we strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, exchanges are available only under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
• Exchange is possible only in case of a size issue or a genuine quality defect.
• No exchanges will be processed for design or style changes once the order is placed.
2. Exchange Charges
• A standard exchange fee of ₹200 will be applicable.
• We will arrange a pickup from your location.
• If your address is outside our pickup service area, you will need to courier the product to our address. In that case, the exchange fee will be ₹80 only.
3. Process
• To initiate an exchange, please email us at kcblessofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for exchange, and clear images (if related to a quality issue).
• Our team will verify the request and guide you through the process.
4. Important Notes
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement.
